A Visit From Lucy

Ok, I haven’t been very good at updating my website recently and I’m not going to make any promises about doing better. However, my sister Cris and her new baby (if you still consider 9 months old to be ‘new’) Lucy were in town about a month ago and stayed with us so I figured I had better get some cute baby pictures up here before Lucy was old enough to drive. We were a little worried about how the dogs would behave around a baby and we thought about taking them to a nice pet ranch while Cris and Lucy were here but they were all filled up by the time I called. A Visit From Tony

Recently a co-worker of mine came out to Boulder as part of our company’s international rotation program. He was visiting us from China (specifically Xi’an) and it was his first time traveling out of the country. He was here for two and a half weeks, so when we weren’t working we all tried to show him around and share as much of Colorado and the U.S. with him as we could. Jeweler's Bench - Part 2

Here is the next installment of my Jeweler’s Bench project over at Lumberjocks.

Jeweler's Bench

I know I haven’t been posting much as of late, but I thought I would share one of my latest projects with you. Check out the start of the jeweler’s bench I am building for Erica over at Lumberjocks.

I, of course, did plenty of research, we went and drove a few around, and we ended up with one that fit the bill almost to a tee. For those who are interested here’s the 411:

2004 GMC Sierra 1500, automatic, V8, 4×4, topper, roof rack, tow hitch, low mileage.

For the rest of you, here are a few pictures of our new addition. (Oh, and if you can figure out the nickname reference then consider yourself to be down.)
